The following are the Terms and Conditions which will apply to your purchase of goods from the Justine Tabak website (www.justinetabak.co.uk). The website and the goods are provided by Print Paper Scissors Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 09644689 with a registered office; 9 Thorney Leys Park, Witney, OX284GE. When we refer to “you” or “your” we are referring to the user of the website and purchaser of the goods.

By purchasing the goods from justinetabak.co.uk, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions set out by us.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions under which the website and goods are provided. Any such change will be effective with new orders once new conditions have been published on the website. New Customers

If you wish to sign up to our newsletters, you can subscribe by clicking the register button located on the homepage of the website and entering your details. Any changes to your details, or if you would like to unsubscribe, please contact us by emailing support@justinetabak.co.uk.

Once you have created an account, you will be able to log into your account history, by using your email address you registered with, along with the password created by you.  If you have forgotten your password, click “forgotten password” and a new password will be sent to your email address. Descriptions & Product Information

We will endeavour to ensure that all details, prices and photographs of goods and descriptions are correct at the time of adding to our website, however due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings we cannot guarantee the following; The colour you will see on your monitor will be an accurate reflection of the colour of the product.

Online Shopping

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in British Pound Sterling. If delivery charges apply, this will shown in the checkout process.  Prices quoted in  British Pound Sterling include a VAT at 20% (UK Tax) and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted.  

For international orders with shipping outside of the UK, please note you will be charged our tax-inclusive price minus the UK VAT rate (currently 20%). You will then be responsible to pay all local tax and duties to release your order, should these apply, based on your shipping location. We ship with a DAP (or DDU) policy. Justine Tabak cannot be responsible for any charges occurred, all of which are fully the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. This may include but is not limited to: local sales tax, import duties, brokerage fees, clearance fees and any additional charges. You may also be required to provide additional customs information to clear your order. Rules vary by country so please do check with your local customs office if in doubt. 

If you do wish to return an international order, any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. As such, costs will be deducted from your return value. 

Once you have confirmed your order we will send you a Justine Tabak order number which will appear in your order confirmation and will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours, All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer of your credit/debit card refuses to authorise payment to Justine Tabak, we will not be able to process your order and we will contact you to inform you that the transaction cannot be processed. Justine Tabak takes all reasonable care to make its online shop as secure as they can. Please note that your payment will be taken by Print Paper Scissors LTD company which is the holding company of the Justine Tabak design brand.

PROMOTION CODE

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR OFFER CODE?

We offer our customers a number of different promotional incentives. When you come to the Basket page, the items you have ordered will be listed. Beneath, these on the right hand side of the page and within a grey box – you will see the wording – APPLY AN OFFER OR PROMOTION CODE. Please enter the code (received in an email, from our site, error page, voucher code site etc) into the box. The offer you applied will be confirmed and the discount will be shown.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON PROMOTIONAL CODES

The website will only accept one promotional code per order. Promotional codes will often have a time limit. If the time limit has expired, the website will not accept the promotional code.

Justine Tabak recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients' personal and financial information. Your information will not be sold, rented or passed on to any company or individual outside the Justine Tabak and Print Paper Scissors Group of companies. If you give us your personal information, or permission to send you emails, we may contact you with special information about Justine Tabak and our products and services.
