Taxes You Pay when Shopping with Us

European Union Customers: We will automatically remove the UK VAT from your order at the checkout. Please note, you will have to pay import duties / fees to your local government when the item arrives in your country. We do not have any control over this.

Customers in the USA: We will automatically remove the UK VAT from your order. USA customers will not pay import fees on any orders with a value up to $800USD as there is a tax free import threshold for citizens of the USA. For orders over $800USD you may have to pay import tax and the amount this is will vary by state. Please check with your local tax authority for more information.

Customers in Australia:  We will automatically remove the UK VAT from your order. Customers in Australia will not pay import fees on any orders with a value up to $1000AUD as there is a tax free import threshold. For orders over $1000AUD you may have to pay import tax. Please check with your local tax authority for more information.

Customers in New Zealand:  We will automatically remove the UK VAT from your order. Customers New Zealand will not pay import fees on any orders with a value up to $1000NZ as there is a tax free import threshold. For orders over $1000NZ you may have to pay import tax. For other countries: We will automatically remove the UK VAT from your order at the checkout. Please contact your local government to understand what tax liabilities might arise when you purchase and have items shipped to you from the UK. Please note that you will be liable to pay all import duties / fees.
