Please note, our returns period is 14 days from goods being received, 7 days for sale items. We know this is a small window compared to larger companies, however, Justine Tabak is proud to do things differently with kindness to people and planet. We are a slow fashion brand making in small batches and only producing what's needed so as to avoid waste. In order to do this, we need to keep a close eye on stock which is why we ask you to promptly return unwanted garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept used or customer damaged items and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstance, your statutory rights will not be affected.
FREE UK RETURNS on all full-price items with 14 days (there will be a returns slip in your parcel). Please return in original packaging with all labels still attached.
Justine Tabak will not be responsible for covering the return charges of any other items unless the goods received are faulty or incorrectly supplied. In both cases the correct good(s) will be shipped without incurring any further charge. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper, without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us or is damaged in transit.
If you do wish to return an international order, any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. As such, costs will be deducted from your return value.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment (to be processed by your bank according to their schedule).
