Standard UK delivery (2-4 business days)  - £5.00*

Accessories only standard UK delivery (under £50) - £3

Next working day UK delivery - £12.50

Standard International delivery - £20

* from 14 February 2024 until the end of the month, free standard delivery and return is available on full-price items. (UK only) 

How long does it take for delivery?

Stock permitting, we aim to deliver UK orders within 2-4 working days for standard delivery. Please bear with us, we're a tiny business but we do endeavour to send out within 2 working days. Orders to British Islands, Highlands and Scotland may take a slightly longer.  Please note delivery times are subject to stock availability and to possible delays due to credit/debit card authorisation.

Dispatch on Weekend & Bank Holidays

Orders placed on the Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday, you should expect to receive it within 3-5 working days.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

Please note all 'Next Working Day Delivery' orders will need to be placed before 1pm to ensure delivery on the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide and endeavour to use the best possible delivery method. Please add your address to the checkout to calculate your shipping cost.
For international orders with shipping outside of the UK, please note you will be charged our tax-inclusive price minus the UK VAT rate (currently 20%). You will then be responsible to pay all local tax and duties to release your order, should these apply, based on your shipping location. We ship with a DAP (or DDU) policy. Justine Tabak cannot be responsible for any charges occurred, all of which are fully the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. This may include but is not limited to: local sales tax, import duties, brokerage fees, clearance fees and any additional charges. You may also be required to provide additional customs information to clear your order. Rules vary by country so please do check with your local customs office if in doubt.
If you do wish to return an international order, any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. As such, costs will be deducted from your return value.
